At NexioHost, we stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process. Please read the details below to understand what qualifies.

36-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: New customers can request a full refund within 36 hours of their first purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible

  • First-time purchases within 36 hours of payment
  • Service outages exceeding our 99.9% SLA (pro-rated credit)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Services not delivered as described

Not Eligible

  • Services used beyond the 36-hour guarantee window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Custom/Enterprise plans (handled on a case-by-case basis)
  • Renewal payments after the first billing cycle (unless there's a service issue)
  • Free plan upgrades that were intentionally purchased

How to Request a Refund

  • Open a support ticket through your client panel or our Discord server
  • Include your account email and the service/invoice you're requesting a refund for
  • Briefly describe the reason for your request

We aim to process all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

SLA Credits

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee in a given month, you're eligible for service credits:

  • 99.0% – 99.9% uptime: 10% credit on your next invoice
  • 95.0% – 99.0% uptime: 25% credit on your next invoice
  • Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit on your next invoice

SLA credits must be claimed within 14 days of the incident. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before disputing any charges — we're happy to resolve issues directly.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the remaining balance will be applied as credit toward your next billing period. No cash refunds are issued for downgrades.
